Safety, Health and Environment
Palomino recognises the management of Health, Safety and the Environment as one of the most important elements of our business. We are committed to the well-being of our employees, sustainability and minimizing the impact of our activities on the environment. Strong leadership and continuous education of our employees to take responsibility for themselves, their colleagues and the environment are key elements of our HSE strategy.
SAFETY
Our safety philosophy reflects our key safety principles, which are:

HEALTH
Palomino acknowledges the reality of HIV and AIDS in the workplace and all levels of society. As a company we seek to provide leadership in the management thereof and support and encourage all measures and initiatives aimed at curtailing the impact and spreading thereof.

Palomino appreciates the natural environment we work in and are aware that the nature of our operations could impact on the environment. We therefor strive to:
